SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services on the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering providers such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency stated it's alarmed with regards to the significant amount of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim of the Integrated Registration read more Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your large amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office focused on sassa service the area each day. The assistance level made for intervention ordeals a large influx of probable beneficiaries, that makes it tough to the Workplace to attend sassa to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more methods to empower the servicing of all shoppers and maximize use of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
